staff welcoming. The property needs updating. the tv in my room was from the 90’s so watching tv was out of the question. No channels and the stations weren’t clear.

The remodel is incredible, I’ve been coming for years for a yearly convention and can’t rave enough what an amazing job they did. Not to mention the staff is always so sweet and helpful.

The front desk staff is friendly, very accommodating, and quick to address any needs you may have, even going above and beyond expectation in this regard. The beds are very comfortable, and the climate control worked very well. This hotel is perfectly located for easy access to all of the major highways in the area, and is very quiet because there really isn't anything around it, It is also well insulated from road noise. The rooms have a desk, a fridge, a microwave, an additional sitting chair, and blackout curtains...and they are very large rooms. The desk chair, I have to say, was very comfortable. There is also very good lighting. There is a restaurant on the premises, a popular one called Harold's. But you have to be really hungry to eat there. They are known for their huge portions (a typical order will feed 2-4 people depending on your appetite), and the prices reflect that. For a single traveler or for people who don't want to eat the same thing it's over-kill and will put a dent in your wallet. Unfortunately, you have to drive somewhere else if you don't eat here.

Loved the Location ! and the staff were amazing! only thing I was so dissatisfied with was the fact that they were charging all this money for rooms with no flatscreen and then there’s like a 25 dollar a day pet fee which I thought was crazy because they didn’t even have grass for my dogs to use the bathroom but over all would come back
